Sales by Shavers Head “Seller” are governed by these Terms & Policy, which may not be varied without the expressed written consent of the Seller. Our acceptance of your order is conditioned upon the application of these terms and conditions to the order. Any terms and conditions that you may propose in connection with your order that are additional or different from these terms and conditions are hereby rejected.
Shipping
Shavers offers Free Shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx… for the United States, Canada, U.K., German and European countries.
Most of our in-stock orders ship in 1-3 business days. Standard Shipping: 7-11 days. Shipping timeframes are updated in real time via tracking number.
Shipping to any country other than the above countries, please contact us at shaversparts@gmail.com, Delivery time may be up to 15 days or more.
Your transit time and carrier may vary.
- Terms of Delivery: Seller’s products are sold ex-works unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The risk of loss of Products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery to customer at place of shipment. The title shall also pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
- Can’t ship to remote areas, like Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam in the US.
- Can’t ship to APO/FPO.
- Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.
Shipping Address Modification
Shavers Head cannot change the shipping address or other details once the products are moved to the delivery.
Order Cancel
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at shaversparts@gmail.com as soon as possible. Shavers Head will issue a full refund if the product has not yet started to ship.
Order cannot be canceled once it is processed for delivery.
You need to receive delivery of an order, and then move on with the return policy. If you refuse delivery of an order, payment can not be refunded.
Other Considerations
If you find that the logistics package is damaged after receipt, please take a photo in time to keep the evidence of damage and labels on the outside of the package for verification.
30 Days Return Policy
You are eligible to return any item within 30 days of receipt with the 30-Day Return Policy. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unassembled in order to qualify for a product refund.
Cancel Order Before Shipped
Shavers Head will reply to you within 48 hours. Then we will refund the full payment once the order is canceled successfully.
Cancel Order via Shipped or Received
Shavers Head want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But we fully understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy.
Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email.
Damage
Upon delivery of the Products, Buyer should examine the package for damage. Any damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. In the event of apparent or concealed damage or shortage, Buyer should retain all packaging and file a claim with the carrier. Seller is not responsible for damages after delivering products in good condition to the carrier.
Important General Information for Return
- Return/Refuns are subject to a USD 10 shipping costs.
- Returned products must be arranged by the buyer at the buyer’s expense to Shavers Head’s China Warehouse.
- All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in new condition, which must be unassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email is required for all returns.
- Returns are processed and credited within 15 to 25 days of receipt.
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
